Well, Kareena attended an event organised by UNICEF last week on June 4, 2016, in Lucknow, which was intended to create awareness towards menstrual health and hygiene among young girls. While her face was glowing like always, the loose-fit anarkali suit made things quite obvious.
Not just that, Kareena had her hand on her stomach throughout the event.
