Pan-Indian actress, Kajal Aggarwal made her acting debut with a cameo role in the Hindi film, Kyun! Ho Gaya Na. Following this, she got a huge role in the hit Telugu film, Magadheera, in 2009, and this gave her immense recognition. Since then, she kept working in one after the other films and last appeared in Bhagavanth Kesari, released in October 2023. She has an under-production film, Indian 2, co-starring Kamal Haasan and Rakul Preet Singh, in the pipeline. Coming to her personal life, the popular actress is happily married to Gautam Kitchlu, and they were blessed with a son, Neil, in April 2022.
Now, a Reddit user shared a video from one of Kajal Aggarwal's latest interviews with a journalist named Prema for her YouTube channel. At the beginning of the short clip shared on Reddit, Kajal can be heard saying, "Maybe I'm not being a good mom." Soon, Prema interrupted the actress and asked if the latter was talking about 'mom's guilt'. To this, Kajal immediately admitted it and mentioned that due to the same, she also had to take therapy and a short course of supervised anti-depressants. Elaborating more on it, she said:
"Massive guilt. But I took therapy to deal with it short course of supervised antidepresents whatever was safe and I could do, I did. I feel the biggest learning for me from this phase of my life has been apart from how large my heart is and how much love we human beings especially women are capable of giving out that you strongly need to inculcate on an infrastructure around you. If you are lucky to have parents around, nothing like it."

Further, in the same conversation, Kajal explained how she coped with her situation as much as she could. The actress mentioned that her mother was with her to support her at that time. Moreover, Kajal also mentioned how she could safely head towards work after keeping her baby with her mother. She added:
"My mom was earlier with me. Now she is there for my baby. And I can safely leave my baby with her and go out feeling confident that okay he is going to be better looked after than I can look after him. Because it is not easy to leave a part of your heart outside your body. Its not easy to leave that person behind and do anything. But if you want to do it you need to then have safe, trustworthy caregivers behind you."
As soon as Kajal's video surfaced on the discussion platform, netizens started commenting about her changed looks. Many netizens mentioned that Kajal went under the knife, and the surgeries hampered her cute looks. However, Kajal has not clarified yet if the changes on her face are due to weight issues or the side effects of the supervised anti-depressants she took earlier, or if this is her post-surgery look.

As a doting mommy, Kajal keeps sharing cutesy sneak peeks into her time with her baby boy, Neil. Taking to her IG handle, on January 26, 2023, Kajal dropped a series of pictures with her son, Neil, from their vacation diaries. In the pictures, the doting mommy was seen carrying her baby in her arms while being clicked at various locations of her winter vacation. From playing with the snow to watching the snowfall, the family of three seemed to have enjoyed their winter vacation to its fullest. Sharing the pictures, Kajal penned:
"From fresh snowfall to hot Röstis - our winter holiday in a minute."
