After a much-talked-about breakup with Kamya Punjabi, famous television actor Karan Patel, got hitched to Ankita Bhargava, in May 2015. The couple made their relationship official as they had a roka ceremony on March 14, 2015. The two had a destination wedding on May 3, 2015.

The couple complemented each other pretty well as both of them were dressed in the same colour. Karan wore a maroon velvet bandhgala jacket with black trousers, and Ankita looked gorgeous in her maroon and gold outfit. Needless to say, the two looked truly ‘made for each other’.
