'The much younger they are, the better' is the mantra by which director Anurag Kashyap is currently living his life by. The much-acclaimed director, who is known for movies like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Dev D and Gulaal is rumoured to be dating a 22-year-old media student from Mumbai. The girl in question, Shubhra Shetty, who passed out last year from St. Xavier's College in Mumbai, is now working with Anurag Kashyap’s production company, Phantom Films.

A source close to the couple spilled the beans recently about the increasing proximity between the director and Shubra:
"She's young, feisty and extremely intelligent. There was an instant connection between Anurag and her. They spend a lot of time together and have grown very close over the past few months."
Both Anurag and Shubhra have been spotted together in various celebrity parties together including the much-publicised wedding of designer Masaba Gupta. The only reason she went unnoticed so far by media was due to her non-celebrity status.
However, Anurag Kashyap himself sent cautions to the wind by recently posting this pic on his Instagram page with the caption:

Know the Real Reason Behind Anurag Kashyap And Kalki Koechlin's Divorce!
Interestingly, this is not the first time that Anurag Kashyap has fallen to the charms of women half his age. Apparently, he was recently involved with another young woman, Sabrina Khan who was working as Director’s Assistant in his Ranbir-Anushka starrer, Bombay Velvet.

The director has been married twice, first to Aarti Bajaj and then to actress, Kalki Koechlin.
Both his marriages ended in divorce and he was also rumoured to be in a relationship with actress, Huma Qureshi (which is believed to be the reason behind the split between him and Kalki).

As per 9XE, when Anurag Kashyap was contacted for the same, he said that he is not seeing anybody "in this country" and "the one that's outside is nobody's business."
