It may come as a surprise to many, but this hunky actor-cum-host is a married man. And, now comes the second surprise- he has a daughter aged FOUR! Her name is Saisha and she was born in the year 2011. The good news is that Saisha is soon going to be a big sister. Manish and his wife Sanyunkta are all set to become parents for the second time.

While speaking to a leading daily about this, he said:
“It’s an awesome feeling. I’m looking forward to becoming a father for the second time now. I love kids. I am not shooting at the moment as the baby will be with us any day now.”
Manish and Sanyukta were together for 13 years before they tied the knot in the year 2007 (another shocker?).

When his daughter was born, a leading online portal published a note he had written to express his feelings on becoming a father. Here’s an excerpt from the note:
“Right now I am excited about only one thing and it is the feeling of becoming a father…The feeling was overwhelming. It just can’t be expressed in words. It took more than two months for the feeling to sink in. I still recall the moment when I first held her in my arms. It was beautiful and very emotional.”
We are glad that this amazing person is gearing up to feel the same way again.

Manish seems to be a very loving and doting father. He loves his girl a lot and that is visible in the pictures he posts online. He said in the above-mentioned note:
“I hope I can become a good father like my dad. I know as a father I can never impose anything on my daughter. I will let her live her life and follow her dreams. I love her a lot and can never scold or be strict with her.”
This shows how much he values, not just his daughter, but his entire family; a perfect family man.
