Dancer-choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan and his wife Faiza Harmain became the proud parents of a baby boy this year. Salman shared this news in the last week of March, through Instagram.
He shared this picture of his baby’s feet:
And, along with the picture, there was this beautiful message:
“In Allah's name .. His mercy is infinite and eternal , I pray to him for strength and skills to be able to take responsibility for the care and upbringing of my child ... Thank u Allah for my most priced possession ... Our family is now complete , we have a new little member who is currently accepting kisses, hugs and prayers , so come over and share some love!”
Salman and Faiza have named their son Hamdan. Sharing his feelings on achieving fatherhood, Salman said in an interview:
“I had a list of names which I discussed with my family but they went with my suggestion….Hamdan, which means the chosen one. I want to enjoy fatherhood to the fullest. I know I will grow up with my little one. He will be my partner in crime, we will go skydiving and scuba diving once he grows up.”
On Eid, he posted this picture, where we got to see Hamdan for the first time. Though the picture is not so clear, one thing we are sure of is that the baby is an overdose of cuteness:
The famous South Indian actor Prakash Raj became father at the age of 50 from his second marriage. He already has two daughters from his previous marriage. Prakash and Pony were blessed with a baby boy on 3rd February.
This is how the actor shared the good news with his friends and fans:

The singer and actress, Raageshwari Loomba, who also appeared in Big Boss 5, was pregnant at the age of 40. She gave birth to a lovely baby girl on February 11. Announcing this news, she shared this very beautiful message with her fans:

Kumkum Bhagya fame actor Shabbir and his lovely wife Kanchi Kaul, became parents for the second time with the arrival of their second baby this year. They already were parents to one and a half year old Azai, and were blessed with another boy on February 18. This is what the actor shared with his fans:

Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon fame actor Akshay Dogra and his wife Sakshi welcomed their first born- a baby boy on February 29, this year. Yes, their bundle of joy is a leap baby. They have named him Ivaan, which means the gift of God.
Another jodi from the telly world, Amrapali Gupta and Yash Sinha were blessed with a baby boy on Holi this year, i.e., March 25. The couple named their son Kabir. Coincidentally, Kabir was also the name of a character played by Yash and it was very close to his heart. However, the couple declared that the name has been decided by the grandparents.
Salman Khan’s baby sister Arpita, and her husband Aayush Sharma became proud parents for the first time this year, as this much-in-love couple was blessed with a little prince on 30th March. Apart from the couple, the Khan khandaan was elated with the news and welcomed the little one graciously. The couple chose to name their sweet little baby boy as Ahil, which means emperor.

Kasamh Se fame actor Kushal Punjabi also became father this year. He had married his long-time girlfriend Audrey Dolhen, in November 2015, in a private ceremony in Goa. The couple was blessed with an adorable baby boy on April 5. While speaking to the media about the arrival of his son, the actor said:
We have named him Kian Since my wife is European and I am an Indian, we wanted a name that could be easily pronounced by both sides. Europeans can't pronounce the A' as Indians can. Also, my wife likes short names. So we decided upon this. Kian' in Arabic means King, whereas in Hindi it means ‘the grace of God'.
Colors TV’s show Uttaran fame actor Rohit Khurrana already had a son when he was blessed with a baby girl this year on April 6. The couple was completely thrilled to have a complete family. This is what the actor shared with his friends:

The person who always has people around him in splits, is super-ecstatic to become a dad for the second time. Unlike his reel image, he is a doting father and simply adores kids. Manish has a four-year-old daughter Saisha, and now he is blessed with a cute little prince, as his wife gave birth to a baby boy on June 26.
Yes, he is a single dad. He became a father with the help of surrogacy through IVF. His little son, Laksshya, was born on June 27. He is the first grandchild in the Kapoor family, and Jeetendra as well as Shobha are really happy to become grandparents. This is what they said in a joint statement:
We could not be more excited to be grandparents to Laksshya, and are completely supportive of Tusshar’s decision. This is certainly a tremendous blessing, and an exciting time in our lives. Tusshar is a wonderful son, and he has proven, with responsibility, independence and kindness, that he will be a great father to Laksshya.
