After Pooja Banerjee who recently tied the knot (READ), here is another diva from small screen who is all set to be a part of the bridal bandwagon. We are talking about the pretty actress Ekta Kaul.

Yes, Ekta Kaul is getting married soon. Ekta rose to fame with Rab Se Sohna Ishq and later went on to be a part of the hit telly serial, Bade Acche Lagte Hain. Nowadays, Ekta is seen playing the character of a modern bahu, Riya Mathur in Star Plus’ Mere Angne Mein.
A few days ago, news started doing the rounds that Ekta is serving her notice period which will get over by the end of February. The pretty actress confirmed that she is quitting the show. She even posted her last picture on the sets.

Ekta wanted to quit the show in January only, but after her team’s request, she stayed till February end. Ekta is entering a new phase in her life and she is very happy. Talking about the same, she said:
“I do not want to go into details of my personal life. I have always wanted to get married to a guy who understands me and someone whom I can talk to without any reluctance.”
Ekta was earlier engaged to her Rab Se Sohna Ishq co-star, Kanan Malhotra. The two broke-off the engagement due the reasons best known to them. Kanan is now a happily married man.
Sharing the details about her marriage, Ekta further added:
“I have found my soulmate. Marriage is important and it is not an easy ride as you have to constantly work on it."
