After a failed relationship, Rahul Mahajan’s ex-wife, Dimpy Ganguly started a new innings of her life on November 27, 2015, as she tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend, Rohit Roy, a Dubai-based structural engineer.
While the model-actress’ friend shared a beautiful picture of Dimpy’s wedding on Instagram, we thought of taking you through the entire journey of this lovely couple.
Dimpy and Rohit knew each other from the school time. In fact, Dimpy had a crush on Rohit, but never revealed her feelings to him. But, as they were destined to be with each other, Dimpy met him accidentally in Dubai in 2013. As the two got in touch once again, they finally confessed their feelings to each other.

In an interview to a leading daily, Dimpy told all about how destiny brought them together:
“We were from different schools and would meet only during fests, but we could never talk about our feelings for each other. And then, I moved on. Strangely, I bumped into him in Dubai in 2013, almost a decade later, and that's when we confessed our feelings to each other.”

Having revealed their feelings to each other, Rohit popped the big question to his lady-love with a beautiful Tiffany ring, on October 12, 2015. And, an elated Dimpy immediately said yes!
She even posted this picture of the ring on her social media account, with the caption- He asked and she said "it's 'bout damn time! " #engaged:

As Dimpy started enjoying the trials and other preparations a few days before the wedding, the bride-to-be shared her nervousness, as she posted these pictures on social media account with one of the hashtags saying, #nervousenergies:

The wedding celebrations began on November 25, with a fun-filled bachelorette party that was hosted by Dimpy. The lovely lady donned a pink and black tube dress along with a white veil and elegant pearl jewellery. She also wore a ‘bride-to-be’ sash that added to her bridal glow.
