After Yuvraj Singh and Ishant Sharma, Punjab cricketer Mandeep Singh is all set to get married to his UK-based girlfriend, Jagdeep Jaswal on December 25, 2016. We all know Mandeep Singh as the player from Royal Challengers Bangalore T20 team.

The wedding will take place at a gurudwara near his hometown Phagwara in Jalandhar. It will be followed by a celebration at a resort on the Jalandhar-Phagwara road.

Mandeep met Jagdeep on a social-networking site in 2013. After getting to know each other, they first met in Amritsar in 2013. The 21-year old bride-to-be Jagdeep is a makeup artist, and lives in Newcastle in England.

After Harbhajan Singh and Yuvraj, whose partners hail from England, Mandeep is the third cricketer marrying a British citizen. When a leading daily asked him what he had to say about it, he said:
"It’s a coincidence. Bhajji paaji was, in fact, joking about it."

Mandeep, who made his T20 debut against Zimbabwe earlier this year, was also a member of the ODI team which played the visiting New Zealand team. India won the series but unfortunately Mandeep did not get a chance to make his debut.
But the handsome gabru is very positive about making his ODI debut once he gets married. Apparently he considers his fiancé Jagdeep, to be his lucky charm. Here is what he said to prove this:
"Now that Jagdeep will be with me forever, I’m surely going to make my ODI debut soon."
When asked about who all he is going to invite to his wedding from the cricketing fraternity, here is what he said:
"I have invited my Royal Challengers Bangalore teammates, including AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli as well as Chris Gayle for the wedding. AB and Gayle might not be able to come due to their cricketing engagements."

He further added:
"It would have been great having them and seeing them do bhangra,"
It would definitely have been a great sight to see! We really hope all these great cricketers can make it to the wedding of Mandeep Singh. A wedding reception has also been planned for December 30, 2016. Such a great way to end the year, agreed readers? Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh are expected to turn up for the reception.
