Marriage in India is a big affair. And when the talk of the town is about a celebrity who is unmarried, it’s wildfire all over the place. The one thing that every elder Indian wants to know about someone unmarried is the recurring question- Beta, shaadi kab kar rahe ho?

Something similar happened with our renowned politician and the Vice-President of the Congress Party, Rahul Gandhi. But before going deep down into the matter, let us give you a context.
So, Rahul Gandhi was recently at the 112th annual session of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and many famous personalities took to the session. And there was our very own, Olympic medallist and boxer, Vijender Singh.

Now, the interesting bit is that Vijender Singh truly behaved like one of those typical Indian neighbourhood aunties who is always concerned about the marriage of others. Remember the question that hammers on the ear-drums of every bachelor? Beta, tum shaadi kab karoge?
So, Vijender very smartly tricked Rahul into this Indian-aunty-ever-question! He started off by talking about sports. He asked:
“If you become the Prime Minister of India, what will you do for sports?”

And this what Rahul replied:
“I do exercise, swimming, am a black belt in aikido. But I don't talk about it publicly. I do sports one hour every day. Though I admit I haven't done so in the past three-four months.”
And then Vijender also asked Mr Gandhi to put up a video and he said that he will.
