The wedding season is nearing its end, but the B-town is still buzzing with wedding news, and we can't help but be in awe of their extravagant celebrity weddings. The latest on the list is Amber Dhara actress, Kashmira Irani. The diva has been a part of TV shows like Dosti Yaariyan Manmarziyan, Dharmakshetra, Seven, Amber Dhara, Zangoora - The Gypsy Prince and more. She has also been featured in films like Tiger Zinda Hai and Rangoon.
Kashmira Irani, on February 10, 2024, tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Akshat Saxena, in an intimate royal wedding. The couple got hitched in the luxurious Ranthambore, Rajasthan. Akshat is an airline training captain, and the duo has been in a relationship for years. For the D-day, Kashmira donned a red and golden lehenga from the shelves of her brother, Reza Shariffi. Kashmira added that her wedding lehenga was specially desinged for her by her brother. She also revealed that her brother has designed all his sisters' wedding lehengas and it feels surreal to wear something crafted specially for her with love. Kashmira amped up her look with a maang-teeka, kundan necklace and stack bangles with kangans.

As for the groom, Akshat Saxena donned an ivory-hued sherwani with intricate gold and white threadwork. The sherwani had unique tassels hanging from its border, and the groom amped up his look with a matching dupatta and turban.

Kashmira Irani met Akshat via her sister, Yasmin, who she says played a cupid in their love story. The couple initially were friends as they tried to get to know each other better, but later, love bloomed in between. Kashmira added that while she lives in Mumbai, her husband lives in Delhi, so the duo are still trying to figure out their living arrangement. In her words:
"My sister met Akshat through common friends, and after a few months, she asked me to meet him and connect. And here we are today - connected and how connected - truly a crazy connection. We believe that when you're in love, flaunt that person, rather than keeping it under wraps. We are so proud of each other. Aur ab shaadi kar li, I'm sure we will have a great life together."
