Ajay Devgn is one of the finest actors of his generation. He enjoys a massive fan following, courtesy of his charismatic personality and terrific acting mettle. Despite being extremely popular, the actor tends to lead a very low-key life personally. For the unversed, Ajay is married to Kajol and the duo is parents to their daughter, Nysa and son, Yug. While Ajay isn’t quite really an active social media user, his fans only get to see a glimpse of him from his wifey, Kajol’s posts. However, it seems the actor made a slight exception this time.
Taking to his IG handle on December 31, 2023, Ajay Devgn dropped an array of throwback pictures from his memorabilia, featuring various family moments of the actor from previous New Year celebrations. The first picture featured Ajay and Kajol along with their son, Yug posing together on what it seemed to be a yacht. The trio smiled brightly, as sea breeze gushed over their faces. The next picture sealed a perfect moment between Ajay and his daughter, Nysa, while another glimpse dated back to an old vacation of Ajay and Kajol to the mountains. Their baby boy, Yug could be seen being carried by his father on his arms. The next couple of pictures featured Ajay enjoying his time with his nephews, Aaman and Danish.

Yet another glimpse featured a close up of Ajay himself, wearing beach goggles, which artfully reflected his son, Yug. Some other pictures featured cutesy glimpses of Yug, as he made goofy faces for the lens. The last snapshot featured a perfect family photo of the Devgn’s. Along with the pictures, Ajay penned a note, that read as:
“Digging through the gallery and found these gems.. Cheers to traditions, loved ones, and the warmth that always fills our hearts during the holidays!! Wishing you all the same magic this new year.”
When it comes to his family, especially his kids, Ajay Devgn turns into a perfect epitome of a protective father. Proof of the same was found in one of his revelations during his appearance in Koffee With Karan 8. When the host, Karan Johar asked Ajay about his daughter facing a lot of online hate, the actor gave a thoughtful response. In his words:
“Of course, she doesn’t like it, I don’t like it, but you can’t change it, so you live with it. A few people talking rubbish about you does not mean that the whole world thinks the same about you. Otherwise, social media doesn’t work. You write good things about people, but nobody is interested in reading it.”

Previously, in an interview with Film Companion, Kajol made some interesting revelations about her husband, Ajay Devgn. The actress, who is known to be quite a social butterfly as compared to her introvert hubby, revealed that the latter hasn’t watched any of her films. Moreover, she clearly remarked not discussing about work with him, as she doesn’t require his validation on the same.
