Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's candid interview after their marriage have been making rounds on the internet, and it is leaving their fans nostalgic. For the unversed, murmurs of Aishwarya and Abhishek's separation have been going rounds on the internet for over a year now. Some even claim that they grew apart because of Aishwarya's mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan and her sister-in-law, Shweta Bachchan. A media report even revealed that Aishwarya has not talked to her mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan for many years.
Recently, a Reddit user shared a cutesy video of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's old interview with BBC. In the clip, Abhishek was seen heaping praises on Aishwarya while she was clinched on him. The couple looked madly in love, and Abhishek expressed how 'beautiful is the tag that is constantly attached with Aishwarya. However, not much emphasis is given to how amazing an actress she has been. The video started with Abhishek expressing that he is protective of his wife. He said:
"I am being protective of my wife, my beautiful wife."

Abhishek further added how people always associate his wife with 'good looks' and 'very plastic'. The actor stated that she had done some of the most daring kinds of roles. Taking the example of Aishwarya's movie, Raincoat, Abhishek stated that her role had no makeup on, and she was dressed shabbily, and it takes a lot of guts, but that has never been noticed. Abhishek also admired Aishwarya's work in Jodha Akbar and her pairing opposite Hrithik Roshan.
As soon as the video was uploaded, netizens flooded the comments section and recalled the beautiful couple they were. One user wrote, "Such a good looking couple. On Aaradhya Bachchan's Annual Day fest, Abhishek Bachchan's caring side was clearly visible when he held his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's mother, Brinda Rai's, hands amidst the huge crowd. Aishwarya and Abhishek were seen supporting her and helping her to sit in the car. It was a beautiful moment shared between the power couple, and they also dismissed family feud reports as Abhishek proved he is a caring son-in-law.
For the unversed, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan arrived with her father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan, while her husband, Abhishek, followed him for their daughter, Aaradhya's annual day. The gorgeous actress was seen making way for Amitabh first as a gesture of respect. Aishwarya looked stunning in a black and golden anarkali. With soft makeup and red lips, her look was completed. We also spotted Agastya, and Aishwarya showed love to him by squeezing his cheeks.
