Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah fans are in utter shock as all their favourite chapter, 'Roshan Singh Sodhi' aka Guruharan Singh, has gone missing. In an unusual turn of events, the actor has been missing for the last five days, and even his phone is switched off and out of service. Gurucharan was last seen in Delhi airport on April 22, 2024, when he boarded a flight to Mumbai. His father has filed for a missing report.
Gurucharan Singh's close friend, Ms. Soni, revealed to Pinkvilla that the actor was not well and did some medical tests recently. She added that 'Sodhi' had high BP and was also not eating well. Soni is concerned about Gurucharan's whereabouts and added:
"Before leaving for Delhi, his blood pressure was high and he had undergone a few tests as well. He wasn't even eating much before he left for Delhi. I really hope and pray that he is fine, and returns back safe and sound."

The entire cast and crew of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma are concerned and worried about Gurucharan Singh's whereabouts. He quit the show in 2020 but continued to share a cordial relationship with the cast and crew members. Expressing concern about Gurucharan going missing, the titular lead of TMKOC, Sachin Shroff, said:
"I got to know on Saturday morning only. Though I have not worked with him on this show, the team is definitely helping the family and in touch with the agencies, it is quite disturbing."
Jennifer Mistry, who played the role of 'Roshan Singh Sodhi's wife in the show too, expressed her concern over the situation. The actress shared that she wasn't in contact with Gurucharan for over a year, but after hearing the disturbing news, she called him, but his number was switched off. Jennifer further added:
"We weren't in touch for a year now, but I tried calling him yesterday, his number was switched off. I am not aware if the show's team is helping since no one among them is in touch with me. Gurcharan was a good person, I hope he is safe and sound. I am keeping my fingers crossed."

Gurucharan's sudden disappearance has plunged his father into a state of extreme worry and anxiety. Compounding his distress, Gurucharan's phone is also switched off, making it impossible for anyone to reach out to the actor. Fearing the worst and desperate for any information about his son's whereabouts, his father has lodged a missing person's complaint. The report details how his 50-year-old son left home at 8:30 am to catch his flight to Mumbai from Delhi, but has not been seen since. The father's statement, filled with a mix of hope and fear, reads:
"My son Gurucharan Singh, Age 50 years, had left at 8:30 am on April 22 to go to Mumbai. He went to the airport to catch a flight. He didn't reach Mumbai, neither has he returned home and his phone is not reachable. He is mentally stable and we had been searching for him but now he has been missing!"
We pray that Gurucharan Singh safely returns home to his father.
